    This is the best spot for breakfast, hands down. The bagels are toasted perfectly, the eggs are fresh, and I love all of the options. The staff are friendly, and it's a nice place to stay and eat. Love Boston Bagel Cafe!

    Food is amazing. However the owner knows this and doesn't care to train his staff on how to treat a customer or how to even fulfill orders made. There have been countless times where I've called in and my order was never put in. Or I'll call in and be left on hold for 10 minutes because they forgot they left me on hold.

    This morning I called in and was told they didn't have a number of bagels so I placed an order anyways..came in 10 minutes later to find out they had all their bagels available but my order was not even made. Late for work, no breakfast.

    Cluelessness, braindead staff!!!
    Call twice to make sure your order is being made. Check you food when you order too!

    Awesome Staff!!!! Amazing service. Super helpful navigating me to the perfect breakfast selection. I ordered the Big Papi French Toast sandwich and it was perfect. I will be back again soon, and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

    This is a great local affordable diner, and for the price, you cannot be what you get. You can run out the door in "under 10 mins and 10 dollars" (which, the marketing girl in me thinks should be their new morning slogan ) with an excellent egg sandwich and a coffee. They are also in a great location to hop on or off the highway on the way to work.  I'm a fan.

    I don't know how they toast the bagels so perfectly and spread the most perfect amount of cream cheese and make the best ice coffee I ever had in a while and cappuccinos??? This place does need a lot more recognition it's so great I wish they were open all day
